- No harassment, threats, hate speech or impersonation.
- No commercial solicitation, scams or off-platform payment requests.
- No sexual content involving minors, ever — reported to authorities without exception.
- No automated scraping, bulk messaging or account farming.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a licence to display it on the platform. Forum posts remain visible after account closure unless removal is requested.

Some links on this site point to other dating services and may be commercial placements. They are marked in the page source and do not affect what you pay here, because you pay nothing here.
Availability
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific match volumes or any particular outcome.
Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WishMood is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or from meetings arranged through it. Meeting people you have met online carries risk; take ordinary precautions.
Community rules
The forums are member-written and lightly moderated. We remove spam, harassment, doxxing and anything involving minors. We do not remove criticism of this platform, negative reviews of partner services, or threads that disagree with us. If a thread is removed you will be told why.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised date. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the updated version.
Governing law and disputes
Nothing here removes rights you hold under the consumer law of the country you live in. Where a dispute cannot be resolved by contacting us first, local consumer protection routes remain available to you.
