Reposting this from another board because it got buried: How do you disable the sound notifications on the nudelive cam interface? Bonus points if you have used it in the last few months.
I have tested the most recommended cam sites on the nudelive cam interface and the experience was fine but unremarkable. Where I need help is whether it is worth paying at any point for someone who dislikes small talk.
I will be the dissenting voice. I found the bigger sites more consistent, not less. Happy to be an outlier on that. Could be timing rather than the platform.
While we are here — does widening the radius ever help or just add noise? Happy to be pointed at an old thread.
Around the time I gave up on the big names, I limited myself to three conversations at once and the difference showed up within a week. Worth repeating if you have the patience.
If nothing else, do this: set your radius smaller than feels sensible. That one change fixed most of my problems. Easiest change on this list.
I keep a second profile on over on Datedesire and it pulls a different crowd entirely.
Slightly off-topic but — has anyone compared this against the paid options fairly? Would change how I use it if so.
Small change worth trying: reply to the thing they actually said. It removes about half the frustration. Nothing else on this list matters as much.
Hard disagree on one point. The niche options were quieter to the point of being useless. Might just be my area. Not dismissing anyone else's experience.
Between the free options I tested, the Flurrydate app had the least aggressive upsell.
I will be the dissenting voice. Free tiers stopped being enough for me after about a month. Worth testing both ways. That is one person's view against the thread.
Last month, I kept photos to four and cut the rest and I finally stopped wasting evenings. Small sample, but consistent.
Least effort, most return: reply to the thing they actually said. It costs nothing and the difference shows quickly. Skip the clever stuff until you have done that.
One thing to watch: anything that wants payment before you can read a reply. It saves a lot of wasted messages. Trust the pattern, not the excuse.
Between the free options I tested, DatingFly had the least aggressive upsell.
Respectfully, I read it differently. Messaging first made no measurable difference in my case. Worth testing both ways. Just adding another data point.
For most of last year, I put one honest sentence in my bio and it made a noticeable difference. I would call that a real effect.
Before anything else: stop opening with a compliment. It sounds trivial and it is not. You will not need a second attempt.
The one that surprised me was over on Datebie — smaller, but the profiles were current.
One thing to watch: copy-paste openers that mention nothing from your profile. That pattern has been consistent for me across platforms. Trust the pattern, not the excuse.
If nothing else, do this: set your radius smaller than feels sensible. You will know within a week whether it works for you. Do it before anything more elaborate.
From where I sit, consistency beats any single clever trick at least in a mid-sized area. That is where I have landed.
I will be the dissenting voice. I never once had a problem the community here warns about. Your experience may well differ. Small sample on my side too.
