Hoping someone here has actually tested this: How does the happn dating app work for finding people you've passed? No wrong answers here.
A friend talked me into a few smaller happn dating app and half the accounts looked inactive. Where I need help is whether the newer options are any better than the established ones if you are not in a major city.
While we are here — does the same advice work for people looking for something casual? Would love a straight answer on that.
Red flag for me: accounts created the same week they message you. Nine times out of ten it goes nowhere good. Better safe than curious.
Not sure I agree with the thread so far. Being picky early saved me far more time than being open-minded did. Not saying everyone else is wrong. Worth hearing both sides.
Gave the Luvdate app a fair run last month and it held up better than I expected.
Adding a counterpoint. Being picky early saved me far more time than being open-minded did. Could easily be a sample size problem. There is room for both to be true.
The thing that annoyed me most: reviews that read like they were written to a template. Better to lose one match than a week. Most people ignore it once and regret it.
Worth asking — does this hold up outside big cities? It comes up every few months and never gets settled.
A friend has had far more luck on Flurrydate than on anything mainstream.
