Trying to get a straight answer on this: What is the latest dating site that everyone is migrating to? Bonus points if you have used it in the last few months.
I have had mixed results with one of the newer latest dating site and the experience was fine but unremarkable. Where I need help is whether the same advice applies outside big cities if you are being reasonably picky.

Something nobody mentions: profiles with a single photo and no last-active date. It is almost never worth the benefit of the doubt. It is the cheapest filter you have.
For most of last year, I dropped every conversation that stalled twice and the quality improved more than the quantity. Small sample, but consistent.
Purely anecdotal, profile quality beats profile quantity every time and I doubt that changes soon. I would put money on it.
What I would do: set your radius smaller than feels sensible. Everything else is secondary to that. It compounds with everything else.

For what it is worth, the platform matters far less than the profile though your mileage will vary. The exceptions are rarer than people think.

Not sure I agree with the thread so far. The platform genuinely does matter if you are outside a major city. Your experience may well differ. I would still test it yourself.
